MISS BELLY DANCE SOUTH AFRICA | BELLY DANCING COMPETITION IN SA

As a registered contestant of the Miss Belly Dance South Africa®™, you are required to pay an entry fee of R40pp for both days (R20.00 per day).

Please complete the registration form below and fax 086 615 7449 or e-mail angela@bellydancebabes.co.za by 01 September 2010. Upon registration, we require a 50 % deposit and the balance is to be paid by 01 September 2010. Once we receive your registration details and confirmation of your 50 % deposit; we will send you a reference number as confirmation of entry into this competition. Full payment – no exceptions, is required by
01 September 2010.

The Deadline for registration is 01 September 2010. All entry fees are non-refundable. Prices are subject to change without notice. No entry’s will be accepted after 01 September 2010.

All participants in the competition will receive a diploma signed by all the Miss Belly Dance South Africa®™ judges.

Each winner will receive a medal or trophy in addition to sponsored prizes.

Miss Belly Dance South Africa®™

Preliminary round will take place on: 09 October 2010
Final round will take place on: 10 October 2010

Teenager - (12 – 17 years) Adults – (18 yrs and up)

How the competition will run:

Preliminary round (09 October 2010). All and non title contestants, duo’s and groups will participate. Top 3 from each category will pass over to the Final Round, where they will perform the same routine. First, Second and Third place winners will be announced on the 10 October 2010.
Title Category will take place on the 10th October 2010 – morning. Final Round for the other contestants will take place and during this time you will be told whether or not you have made it into the Final Round. First, Second and Third place winner will be announced at the end.

Winners – may be required to perform at the PERFORMANCE SHOW on the 10th October after the competition. The Judges will be performing, as well as BOZENKA – our International Judge. Separate Entrance Fee of R100 per person is required, unless you are one of the performers in the show.

NB: Please note that once we have received your confirmation (in any form, e-mail, registration form ect) and a reference number has been issued, you are liable for all payments due for the competition. Should you decide to withdraw from the competition, you forfeit your fees paid. Should you decide to withdraw and payment has not yet been made, if a reference number has been issued, you will be liable for all payments due for the competition.
